Casa de Concha ($25 to $40 a night, two with kitchen, on with private patio, others with shared patio, close to beach)

Socorro's (by the night, $15US, $75 a week by the month or more only, with kitchen on patio and private bath)

Mirador's wonderful unit with kitchen/patio directly overlooking the ocean, has unexpectedly opened up for most of the winter. It's $45US, about 400 pesos a night, with two double beds and a private bath. Good natural light and cross venilation, with a fan. Here are some photos of Mirador.
