I am taking turns showing off each of my favorite affordable rentals in Chacala.This week is for Aurora and Alberto's rental units. Aurora manages three rental units (four in the off-season) on her home property. They are Techos de Mexico units. The upstairs unit has a bedroom with bath, and a covered patio with a basic kitchena and a great view of Chacala and the beach.
There are two downstairs units, both opening onto a large covered patio; one unit has a basic kitchen. These are very cleaned units with lockable doors, screened windows with glass, fans, and tiled floors, and hot water showers in each private bath.
Aurora's is back off the paved road, in a quiet location with lots of trees, shrubs and flowers. It's a block and a half walk down to the beach, tiendas, and restaurants. She runs a very clean and tidy place, and any problem that comes up is taken care off immediately.
